    Sweet, thanks for the link. Funny you mention it, because I received an automatic email from USAJobs for my FEMA saved search this morning. They had an IT job I was qualified for but, alas, it was only a two-year temp gig so I doubt I'll apply to that one. Still, I think it would be awesome to work for the agency. Protecting life, liberty, and property is job number one for the US government. Its hard to imagine a more "hands on" agency in that regard than FEMA.

      Actually, if I was you I would grab for it. It gives you two years to prove yourself for other open positions that come up and allows you to develop relationships that will give you the inside track on opening positions. It's easier to get hired from within for the career of your dreams then from without.
