I recently read that a landlocked country in East Asia that I have never heard of, called Bhutan, has done something amazing. They have recently planted 108 000 trees to celebrate the birth of their new prince. Their King and Queen seem like really great people and they are great when it comes to nature conservation in their country. They have become so involved in that department that they are the only carbon-negative country in the world. That is rather impressive and I hope governments in our countries can look up to this and try do the same.

Has your country or local area done anything similar to conserve the natural environment?
