VISIT OUR DISASTER AND CRISIS FORUMS
We’re all about knowledge and sharing disaster experiences with those who, fortunately, haven’t experienced a disaster. In order to gain more insight, we need participation. To that end, we’ve created a great promotion page that with flyers, a Craigslist ad you can post, and information on linking to us.
BUY COOL STUFF
We’re self funded. What does that mean? We don’t have outside investors giving us money to make this site great. One of the ways we raise money is by selling cool clothing and other items with our cool logo. We make $5 off of each item purchased, and all money goes to supporting this site. Visit the Disaster.Com store today!
The other way we raise money to support this site is through advertising. We have lots of opportunities to promote your brand – from display advertising, through sponsored reviews, through inclusion in our e-mail blasts (we won’t sell your our mailing list though). For more information, fill out our advertising request form.
Volunteer To Help
We need help with writing informative articles, social media, getting links to our site, press, product reviews, thread starting, moderation, programming, site design and technology. If you are interested in helping with any of these needs, please visit our volunteer page.
